My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a large balcony that could be enclosed with shutters, creating an outdoor room experience. The service was top-notch, with staff that were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions in Port Douglas. However, the limited dining options were a bit disappointing.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and overlooked the pool. The king bed was super comfortable, and the large heated spa was a luxurious touch. However, the only downside was the difficulty in opening the luggage stand without risking injury.
